Draw up an amendment to the US constitution that will in effect limit the number of terms to representatives in the house as well as the senate.
The house of representatives limited to three 2 year terms, and the US senate limited to two 6 year terms.
It is my belief that limiting the amount of terms would help in limiting the corruption and partisan problems in the legislative branch. It may also encourage more political parties with interests more in touch with constituents.
After terms have been completed all federal health benefits will expire.
