Limit the number of terms a Representative in the House of Representatives can serve to five terms of two years

Amend Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution to set the number of terms a Representative in the House of Representatives can serve to five terms of two years. At present it is set at an indefinite amount of 2 year terms if elected.This would reduce the amount of influence senior members have over issues and other Representatives of the House and Senate. The President of the United States of America is limited to two 4 year terms, and as such, the House of Representatives should have a shelf life as well.
