"Politicians are like diapers-they need to be changed". If the President of the United States is bound to a specific time-in-office threshold, then ALL other public officials (Legislator, Governor, Mayor, Sheriff, Police Chief, Superintendent of Schools, etc...) should be bound as well. Notice, it is those officials who have served several terms in office who are now being found guilty of corruption. They get comfortable, and that is when they begin to misuse power. The old saying goes: "If you give a dog enough rope he will hang himself." The thing is-WE ALL HANG in the end.
