Limit the number of years a person is voted in to the House and the Senate. This will eliminate campaigning vs working.

The term for the Senate and House of Representatives was never meant to be a career, We the people were supposed to be able to give our time to the country, serve the term(s), and go back to our livelihoods. Making the term 6 years (2 three year terms or 1 six year term) gives lawmakers enough time to develop and implement any new laws. It would eliminate the problem we are having today where nothing is getting done because making one party successful means the other party can't win the next election. It would give focus back to the tasks at hand, eliminate time spent campaining while in office, give others a chance to run, and will bring fresh ideas on how to better our country. It will diminish the lobbyists hold on our representatives. We would spend less on Salaries as well as pensions
