Limit, "payday loans."

"Payday loans," are loans of a potentially helpful idea that has been twisted into the predatory business it is today. The people who, "need," these loans are more often than not unable to pay these loans back, (the 200% + interest rates that are all too common do not help,) and can either pay increasing fines, or take out another loan. On a final note, the employee manual for one company included a diagram called in, "Last Week Tonight," "The circle of debt," as it depicted a cycle of taking out a loan, spending the money, needing to pay the the loan back, being broke, and taking out another loan,
