Limit personal use of White House and government assets for unofficial purposes. Adopt a new vacation time standard.

The Office of the President is a Government position like any other. The personal use of certain assets, such Air Force One is fraud, waste, and Abuse. Travel to Hawaii to surf is not official travel. The President should use domestic air travel when going on vacation, or reimburse one hundred percent of the cost of Air Force One ($179750 per hour). That being said the President should accrue leave days like any other Government employee. We feel that the military's system of 2.5 leave days a month is preferable. The President should be humble civil servant, not a playboy stowed away in a mansion. The white house food budget should be based on an Army Officer's BAS (Basic Allowance for Subsistence).
