Limit personal yearly income to $10 million dollars.
No one person needs more than that per year to live extremely comfortably in life. Income that exceeds that amount should be distributed to citizens with yearly income that is below the poverty level, or to agencies that provide services to the poor, including education for those who can use it to better their financial situation. 16% of americans live in poverty.
