Mr President,
We petition that you:
- outlaw the possession of all firearms in the United States of America.
- immediately stop all sales of firearms, ammunition, and accessories
- establish a 6 month amnesty period for owners to turn in their weapons
- after amnesty, confiscate and charge the owner with illegal possession (with mandatory sentencing minimum)
We believe the only way to eliminate gun violence is to eliminate guns.
We also respectfully request that this effort be dedicated to the memory of the Sandy Hook tragedy.
