The power and influence of any Home Oweners Association (HOA) should be limited to the amount of legal action and punitive action. We petition that in any calendar year that fines can not exceed $2,500.00 in total. In addition any fines for any singular offence should also be limited to a $5,000.00 lifetime total.
Property rights shall not be infringed on by the HOA as respect to the home owner without the expressed approval of sixty percent vote from at least 50% of all the property owners and not just the board officals of a HOA.
