This petition is calling that the American People stop being unfairly limited because of the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).
I'm not asking to do away with the EPA, I'm simply asking that we have a system of checks and balances placed on this agency similar to our branches of government.
The head of the EPA, Lisa Jackson, set up a fake email account to try and cover up the actions of the EPA, in which some 12,000 emails were federally seized when she was caught, and it's time for Americans to step up.
The EPA is neither helping the environment nor America, and has quickly become parasitic.
