The 4th amendment of the American Constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath, or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
President Obama and Congress recently gave the NSA the ability to spy on American people without probable cause and without American consent. Since the leaks presented by Edward Snowden, we the people find it only fair to drastically limit the NSA's powers when it comes too spying on it's citizens, and on foreign nations.
