We hate the Home Owners Association (HOA) in our community because they constantly send us courtesy and fine notices. It is my opinion that the federal government should limit the power of or completely eliminate all of the Home Owners Associations in the state of Arizona. Our association board members have told us we are not allowed to park our vehicles on the public street even though the garage and driveway are full. They send us notices for weeds and oil stains in the driveway when we have one of the cleanest front yards in our neighborhood. I am sure there are more citizens in AZ that do not like HOA's either so please sign this petition to get rid of them.
