Limit the power of the U.S. Congress to set their own budget, and to require them to reveal the sources of their income.

The U.S. Congress has the power to set their own budget, and we propose that President Obama sign an Executive Order to limit their power to set their own budget, and to require them to reveal the sources of their income and the sources of their finances, so that we may effectively expose special interest groups for who they really are and for who they benefit!
