A constitutional amendment needs to be passed removing the power of government in all forms, state, federal, agency or local, to restrict or criminalize personal lifestyle choices including and pertaining to: sexuality, birth control, religion, drug use, personal food production and consumption, use of herbs or alternative healing, consciousness altering practices and substances, food additives and supplement use for adults 18 and over. This is supported and directly covered by the Declaration of Independence, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
