This petition would have the Congress investigate and have the authority to overturn Executive Actions and return the balance of power in Washington. The Presidential Executive orders are overreaching in many areas in my opinion and he is not enforcing current laws by using executive orders to skirt them. The executive branch must enforce laws - congress creates law.
