Limit the purchase and distribution of ammunition for semi-automatic, automatic, and other high capacity assault weapons

Limits on ammunition for high-capacity automatic and semi-automatic guns and rifles. As a people we need to have a responsible discussion about our Gun Control Laws. People should reasonably be able to explain why they need the ammunition and then it can be rationed and a record maintained about who, what, where, and when, the ammunition is being given to and for what purpose it is being used. No one's rights, liberty, or freedoms will be impinged upon. We don't need a well armed and regulated militia anymore. Contrary to some people's beliefs, this is not what the framers of our Constitution had in mind when they crafted the 2nd Amendment. These kinds of guns and rifles were never imagined by the framers.
