Created by C.B. on December 27, 2012

Obesity is a major problem among low income Americans. Many of them purchase their food with government assistance. To help with the problem of obesity, the foods allowed to be purchased with government assistance should be limited to nutritional foods. The purchase of soda, chips, cookies, and other high calorie, low nutritional value foods should not be allowed in government assistanvce programs. Purchases should be limited to fruits, vegetables, nuts, and healthy grains.
