limit the senate and congress to only a max of ten years in office

reduce the senate and congress to only a max of ten years in office, the president of the united states only get 4 year term and max of two terms. therefor senate and congress should only get 10 years max in office. That way new minds from around the country can help lead us into the future. That way certain states wont get stuck with a bad representative for 27 years, or more!
