Limit Senate and Congressional terms

My petition is to begin having term limits for the Senate and Congress. Senators and Congressmen/women seem to have forgotten who they were elected to represent; my last straw is what is happening with to the postal service. I would like to see Senators serve no more than eighteen (18), three (3) terms and congress no more than ten (10) years, five (5) terms.
