We the people of The United States of America, respectfully request the opportunity to vote on limiting Congressional seats to a maximum of two terms and their pay raises.
We wish to refresh these areas of government with new blood by limiting the time served to two terms just like the President of the United States of America. Refreshing these areas of government would loosen the grip of special interest groups, and bring new and changing views on laws and policies. It would create realistic representation for people of all walks of life.
