Limit Spending by Department of Defense

The Department of Defense has acted as an agent for American weapons manufacturers and contractors in foreign countries, qualifying American corporations for tax exemptions. The Department of Defense has overspent its budget by trillions of dollars with contractors. The surplus of military weapons and equipment in the Mideast is open to exploitation and losses. American chemical weapons, missiles, uniforms, and munitions have found their way to rebels and terrorists, (and possibly Hollywood actors) in war torn countries. The American debts for contractor goods and services are charged to U.S. taxpayers. The overspending is unjustifiable and the Director of the Department of Defense should be held accountable for losses of weapons and overspending with contractors.
