Limit submissions on this site to citizens of the United States, and it's territories.

This site is becoming inundated with petitions that do not fall within the purview of the office of POTUS. It might be useful to simply eliminate petitions that obviously demonstrate no relationship to, or understanding of, The Constitution of the The United States. If this site concept is to remain successful, it should endeavor to stay relevant. Submissions from foreign nationals, or a crackpot political fringe, regardless of sincerity or intent, should just be quietly deleted. Respectfully, neither the Administration, nor citizen-users of the site, have the time to wade through some of this stuff, just to find legitimate topics that actually pertain to a matter of public interest or concern.
