Limit terms of of all elected Senators and Congress to be that of two (2) terms.

Due to the fact that politics plays too big of a role in the running of our government when it comes to the budget, I find it necessary to petition that two term limits be established. In doing so, politics will be lesser of a factor when it comes to passing a budget. It is obvious that our current form of electing politicians is failing the United States. Term limits may not be an overall solution when there is such a diverse form of opinions when it comes to the two party system, but possibly the affects of running for office as soon as one is elected may be minimized to a degree that this will be a thing of the past. Too long has this country gone without a budget and by continuing to do this will eventually put our country in harms way. This possibly has already been done.
