Limit terms of service on Elected/Appointed Officials within the House of Representatives and Senate to two (2) full terms within that individuals lifetime. Do away with "career" politicians and give the people a chance to be truly represented. Furthermore, do not allow persons to serve in either the House or Senate if they have completed two full terms within the other.
