Limit the terms of office for Senators and Congress to a term of not more than 6 years and then they MUST leave office.

With going through the last 4 years of the Congress refusing to compromise in bi-partisian negotions; and the ineptitued of the Speaker of the House; it is my belief that too many of the members of Congress have become too complacent in their positions to do their jobs. Negotions have become more about the jobs of the people in their seats than the American people. Most of the members of Congress have been there through more than one presidential administration. If the President of the US can not hold office for more than 8 years, how come these idiots can keep getting reelected term after term until they all but die in office. THIS IS AN ISSUE IN WHICH REFORM IS NECESSARY and maybe bi-partisianship would be possible.
