Limit the terms of the Senate, to reduce Corruption and Misuse of Power

Created by D.K. on November 27, 2012

No more career Politics. Political positions is a seat of civil duty. Not personal entitlement, or a seat of power to create personal wealth (John Ensign, Bernie Sanders) or a utopia (Dianne Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi with over 10 terms in house).

F.D.R. Served Three terms (March 4, 1933 – April 12, 1945) as president and it was later amended (Twenty-second Amendment Section 1, March 21, 1947).

Career politicians lose their common touch and become corrupt or delusional.

Set a limit of no more than two terms for Senate, Six terms for Congress, or Revoke all Benefits at end of term, to create an incentive to retain the best interest of the people
