Limit the total income and payroll taxes levied by all forms of government to 33% of a citizens earned income.

We the undersigned believe that the US constitution should be amended to limit the maximum aggregate income and payroll taxes on a United States citizen to 33% of their total earned income. No citizen should ever have to give more than 1/3 of the fruits of their own labor to any government. Of all the freedoms, economic freedom is the most important. All Americans should be allowed to work and build a better future for their families without oppressive governments taking excessive amounts of their income. Anytime a person is having 33% of their income extracted arbitrarily, they are paying their "fair share", no matter what there income level is.
