Limit the use of credit checks for employment to jobs where money is handled such as banking, accounting and purchasing.

Many people who have less than perfect credit have gotten to this point through no fault of there own such as divorce and identity theft. Others simply have been out of work and a viscous cycle is created because they can not pay there bills due to being out of work and cannot get a job due to there poor credit.
