Create a pool of funds for all federal election dollars and come to a consensus on a Federal government contribution to this pool that will be divided up for every federally elected position. This division will be a prorated, weighted amount based on an analysis of reasonable dollars for each position. This insures proper funds for politicians to conduct fair measured campaigns that effectively relay their message.

For every dollar a corporation gives to their argument, they give another to its rebuke, forcing parties to make strong arguments and educating the voter base more thoughtfully and honestly.
