My proposal is for the Obama Administration to work with the legislature to change federal election laws in the following ways.
1. Create a pool of funds for all federal election dollars and come to a consensus on a Federal government contribution to this pool that will be divided for every federal position federally elected. This division will of course be pro rata weighted amount based on an analysis of the importance and reasonable dollars for each position
2. All super PACS will give all contributions to the above fund which is then divied by equally by party and given to the RNC and DNC respectively.
for every dollar a cor[oration gives to their argument, they give another to its rebuke, forcing parties to make strong, compelling, educated, arguments.
