Some Governmental jobs, such as those that our political leaders have, lavish golden parachutes of retirement pay and benefits for the life of the retiree, and these perks are given often after as little as four years of service.
Stop this misuse of the peoples money by limiting retirement pay to no more than years actually worked, and limiting the pay and benefits to no more than 80% of actual pay during the employment years.
These abuses of the peoples money must stop, and this is a logically and common sense resolution.
