Limited the terms in office for the Congress of the United States to that of two election terms for the Congress

Created by J.M. on December 27, 2012

The Congress of the United States establishes a law the limited the terms in office for the President of the United States. However, the Congress failed to limit the elected terms in office for the House of Rep. and the Senate. Two (2) elected terms in the House of Rep for a total of four (4) years and two (2) elected terms in the Senate for a total of twelve (12) years. If that congressperson gets a total of sixteen (16) years of public service and is elected to a four (4) term as President of the United States then and only then is that person entitled to a retirement from the United States.
