America has changed and grown westward since the 1790's when Washington, DC was first developed. Lincoln, DA will reflect this change. Lincoln, DA will be a futuristic city with modernist architecture. Building a new Federal District will help create jobs. The cost of land is much cheaper in Kansas and Nebraska when compared to the costs in Washington, DC. Plus, there is more undeveloped land available in the states of Kansas and Nebraska than there is Washington, DC.
