Enable Line Item Veto power to reduce expense items from being included in any law that is not directly related to the laws purpose and effectiveness. End the oppertunity to include special interest expenses to be amended to laws that have no bearing on such law. Prevent laws from including any language that are not related to proposed law. End laws from becoming any longer than necessary. No Law should be voted on that can not be read and understood by the public. There should be restrictions on the number of pages included in any law submitted for consideration. All laws should be limited to no more than 25 pages. No Law should be voted on without a complete reading by all members or in public.
