A Line by line audit of the fedral budget and spending.

Created by C.B. on November 12, 2012

Conduct an immediate line by line audit of the federal budget. That audit is for the purpose of removing expired programs or consolidating programs to reduce costs. Departments should look to streamline activities, costs and resources.
Documented need for budget items, not of national security should be made available to the public in a language average citizens can understand. A time should be allowed for citizens to post questions to elected representatives. Those questions will be consolidated and debated in an open forum. The goal is to reduce waste by $100 Billion of the yearly federal budget.
