We do not believe an individual making 175,000$ a year can identify with an individual making 40,000$ a year in this economy. We are supposed to have a representative government and with the unfortunate reality that the term "career politician" has become common place, I see no other choice but to implement laws that take the profit motive out of public service. Prove you care, take a pay cut like the rest of us.
