It is unfair and should be unlawful to cut aid at home for domestic programs while simultaneously giving Millions/Billions to other countries.....and or "Rebels". I find it obscene that at the very time the sequester is taking affect we announce 60 Million in aid to the Syrian rebels. Good cause or not, these are our tax dollars. If you can't feed your own family you probably aren't buying food for your neighbors. I propose that any and all cuts in Domestic programs are tied by that very percentage to cuts in foreign aid. There should be a law. This should be policy.
