Liquidate big ISP companies such as Comcast, AT@T and Verizon wireless whom of which take up a large portion of the economy. Also they are near monopolies in the Internet Service Provider industry and their respective industries. They have large government power and have a large say in what goes in and what goes out. They are advocates for erasing Net Neutrality so they can regulate the market to their own terms.
