National Debt is a problem... Not only for the USA but for other nations. Really, the best way to fix this isn't hiking taxes but working with all the other countries to resolve this issue.
Creating a foreign policy that could deduct national debt for any country could be resolved threw humanitarian ethics or acts. Every or any country could take part of it. For instance, a natural disaster occurs a country that aids the country in distress would deduct their national debt in the expense of their aiding.
It does not have to start there any country could set non-profit, welfare organizations in other countries that help that countries poverty and that could deduct national debt.
This would bring the world and cultures together... But mostly fix everyone's national debt problems.
