No one has ever been able to prove or disprove the existence of Bigfoot. One thing that everyone can agree on is that if they do exist, they are rare and likely threatened.
In the unlikely case that they do actually exist, it would be wise to protect them as a means of preventing people from killing one as a trophy or as evidence of their existence.
