List the Companies and Individuals that are currently considered too big to fail and/or prosecute by our government and the criteria by which such status is currently set or may be achieved in the future. AIG, amongst numerous other corporations, was considered "too big to fail", a phrase uttered by both the right and the left. The taxpayers bailed AIG out, saving AIG from bankruptcy. Now AIG is suing the U.S. Taxpayers for billions, claiming an unfair interest rate. Overwhelming evidence has surfaced for HSBC dealing with almost every known International Criminal Organization or Terrorist State such as al queda and Iran. The Mexican branch of HSBC designed special teller windows to accept bags of money from Cartels. They are now considered "Too big to Prosecute". Who, How and Why?
