A Federal Judge Ruled the Government did not have to redress the grievances of The People concerning the legality of Income Tax, even though it is required by the First Amendment. The Judge cited precedent, in the Supreme Court Ruling on the case of Minnesota Board for Community Colleges v. Knight 465 U.S. 27.
The Internal Revenue System (IRS) and Federal Reserve are third party organizations contracted by the Federal Government and not governmental agencies, so the Government is not required to redress “the public on public issues.”
The Government should have to answer for the actions of those companies which they contract.
I would like a redress of grievances. Is the direct tax (income tax), which is levied against the people of America, Legal?
