The voices of the American Youth has been ignored since the United States has been a country, and we are tired of it! We are the country's future and we deserve our voices to be heard as adults are also. Our constitutional rights have been denied because of us being so called "Not Fully Mature". I (Elijah D. Manley), has wrote several letters to President Obama, hoping that it will get to him, or somebody, hoping that somebody cares, but no one does. This isn't our government- the U.S Government is for adults only and that isn't fair We (the teens) will not show respect to a government where we do not have any representatives in congress. That's why this petition has been made- for me and the U.S Government, and my close to 100 member group needs to start a youth government and congress.
