We are asking The Obama Adminstration to literally pardon the disabled people who are still being locked up unjustly without a fair trial or a hearing and denied the right to go to school with non-disabled children or given a sub standard special education, just because their only crime was a crime of genetic innocence- Born With A Disability.
We are also asking for fiscal redress, a public apology for the sins of their predessors, for the false imprisonment of the disabled and the forced sterilization of the disabled, plus compensory education for those kids with disabilities who were locked up unjustly, in violation of their civil rights under the IDEA, ADA, Olmstead and IWIDD Acts, until they are 30 years old.
