As more lobbying is guiding our policy, with billionaires and corporations pulling the strings of our elected officials, while paying them off with money provided by us via increased fuel prices, insurance premiums, etc. a lobby reform is essential.
If an individual or a corporation is so invested in making a certain politician succeed to deserve a donation - it should be done ANONIMOUSLY. That is - a politician does not know who provided a billion dollars for their campaign and now has to vote on what is right and not because they owe to the donor.
If a source of donation is revealed , then the donor and recipient are fined double the amount and the money is taken away to offset the budget deficit (a whistleblower fee is appropriate here). No more politicians for sale!!!
