Local demand act of 2011

Created by D.B. on September 22, 2011

Local Demand act of 2011 will be used to create jobs and promote growth in local areas that are hit the worst to revive the economy in areas which have been hit the hardest.

4 things this bill should accomplish:

1.small grants to small businesses who have a plan to revive their business to attract demand.
['Grants can be used for construction projects by city/county officials, businesses']-['plan must fit the areas income and demographics']
2. Tax Cuts for employees and businesses who invest to expand and hire.
3. Tax cuts for construction employers who hire skilled construction workers, military workers.
4. Let Americans default on bad credit (so they can buy cars, etc).
The main goal of this is to promote and revive economies in towns which have been hit hard from the recession.
