Instruct JPAC to place the order of priority in locating and recovering remains of soldiers by the date of the War, and remains on American soil should be given first priority. WWII Veterans quite possibly have immediate family members alive and would like to have the remains returned during their lifetime.
1st - WWII - American Soil
2nd - WWII - All Locations
3rd - Korean War
4th - Persian Gulf
5th - Vietnam
6th - Iraq
7th - Afhanistan
