Locate & secure the criminaly insane prior to their acts of violence.

Whereas gun control in and of itself has not stopped acts of violence from the criminally insane in cities from Chicago to Washington D.C. to New York to Sandy Hook Conneticut, we respectfully petition the White House to begin a national dialogue with citizens and members of Congress for ways to create legislation that will identify the criminally insane and fund locking them away before these tragic incidents can occur. In most cases, these types of incidents have had warnings signs preceeding them. There must be a better mental health system in place and there must be a way to secure those that would put our children in harms way.
