Lock Congress in the capitol without access to food, water, or lobbyists until they create gun control.

This is very simple. The majority of Americans want gun control. Congress won't pass it. So, we propose that senators and representatives be forcibly detained within the Congressional rotunda without access to food, water, or lobbyists until they create some reasonable level of gun control or, if they're feeling particularly bold and/or drunk on power, they are welcome to repeal the second amendment of the Constitution, thereby eliminating this endless cycle of stupidity.
