as long as Guantanamo bay is going to be open we may as well proceed with prosecuting the terror suspects

if Guantanamo bay is going to be open or in the long process of shutting down shouldn't we be prosecuting the prisoners wail Guantanamo bay is shutting down cus we cant hold them indefinitely and its gonna be a drain on the country,s finances besides its about time we put terror suspects on trial for their actions and deal with them accordingly the not guilty should go back to there country of origin wail the guilty are executed
